Welcome to Hack Your Mindset!

I designed this course to give you strategies for connecting the mental state of your meditation practices to the daily experience of living in the world. 

Beginning the day after you enroll in the course, you will receive a new 35 minute dharma talk video and a new 10 minute audio meditation, each day. Daily worksheets complement the teachings and practices with actions you can take to "hack your mindset" throughout the day.

Kelly Blaser

Kelly is a Marriage Family Therapist with a somatic, transpersonal approach and a background in Yoga Philosophy, Buddhist Psychology, and Shaiva Tantra Mysticism.Kelly has worked with couples, families, and individuals for over 2 decades in navigating the complexities of relationship.
